Doubtful and Confuse
Finally that guy that came to our house more than two weeks ago to give us an estimate for our recreation room's back wall had called and gave us the quote which was $17,500. What? We can't believe it will cost that much. Now, we are doubtful whether to pursue in having that wall stuccoed or just hire a handyman to replace the rotten wood and we will paint it by ourselves. We have to make a decision as soon as we can before the rain comes. If we will not replace that wood it will give as more headache one of this days.
I don't blame those people who can afford to buy a house and yet they rather live in an apartment because it is really expensive to upkeep the house. If you don't maintain the appearance of your house inside and out, it will give you more problems in the future. But we have to face the fact, our house is our home. We have to take care of it.

yes sis it is too costly to maintain a house, but we have no choice but to make repairs otherwise it will cost us more in the end.
We're in the middle of renovating ourselves...keeping up a house does take effort!
Try getting another quote from someone else. Although I have a feeling it will be around the same range.
