Gorgeous Flower

       I took this photo yesterday morning at the corner of the next block from where I live. That area according to hubby is owned by the government and mostly you can see weeds that grow in there except this flower and a rose plant that is planted by the owner of the house that is adjacent to this vacant lot. Hubby and I was really surprise when we pass by this area and saw the flower blooming this February. I can't help myself not to have my picture taken next to the flower. In fact, I went back to our house to get my digital camera and immediately pose next to it. 

      Sorry friends but I don't know the name of this flower. I tried searching it in Google but I still can't find it. Maybe somebody here blogland knows its name. 

All I can say is it's gorgeous!
