Epoxy Garage Coatings

We can't deny the fact that their are many people also who give importance to what their garage looks like. If you are one of those people and you are planning to paint your garage floor, why not try epoxy garage coatings? When you have an epoxy flooring and you use a lighter color, the shiny surface of your finish floor will give you a much brigthter working area. Also, since epoxy flooring is solid, their non-porous surface will prevent it from staining. Last but not the least, epoxy flooring is easy to upkeep and maintain by regular mopping and sweeping.

For more information about epoxy flooring, please visit the Car Guys Flooring. Make that dull-looking garage floor into a beautiful working or parking space.

My Father is a Carpenter

In the country where I came from jobs are scarce. Even my father who is a very good carpenter finds himself having difficulties in finding carpentry jobs. This is one of the main reason why a lot of people who live in my country of birth are trying hard to be versatile so that whatever jobs are available in the market they will be able to get one. In fact there are many situations wherein a person landed a job which in not in line in what he or she finished studying in college.

In many cases, it is not unusual that the owner of the house that my father was fixing or building will just give him the money to buy the materials he needed in order to finish the job. Sometimes they do not even bother to hire somebody who can do the plumbing because my father knows a bit about it. If my father needed materials for the job and he did not know a place to buy it, he sometimes asked his friends who are carpenters too where is a good hardware store to buy those materials. Since the place where my family lives is very small, finding hinge suppliers and or find fasteners can sometimes be a huge problem. Since online purchasing is not yet widely acceptable in the country where my father lives, the job he was working sometimes may take longer than what he expected because of the unavailability of the materials.

In the US and some parts of the world purchasing products online are very easy and convenient. Even prices online are very competitive too. Whatever you need as long as you have internet access, a computer and a credit card, you can have it. You can even buy big and bulky items online. Even if you look for gaskets it is so easy most especially that ThomasNet will help and connect you to various businesses that sell the products you are looking for.

iPad 2

This is not a sponsored post
I just opened my yahoo account and Apple sent me an email about their new iPad 2 which will be available in the market in March 11 with a price starting at $499.00. iPad 2 is 33% thinner and up to 15% lighter. It has two cameras for FaceTime and HD video recording, dual-core A5 chip and the same 10-hour battery life. There are more features for this iPad 2 which is just incredible. It even has a Smart cover and it comes in different colors.

For more information about this latest technology, visit http://www.apple.com/ipad/.

All I can do is stare at this iPad 2 and wish that someday I will earn far more than what I earn now so that I can buy this gadget. I bet many of my friends are eager to have this iPad 2 and I am sure most of them can have it. Honestly I feel envy to those people who can have what they want. But one thing for sure, I am very happy and very proud to say that the only debt we have is our house and soon it will be fully paid. So iPad 2, I am not sure if I can have you, not now and not in the near future either. Maybe Santa Claus will give it to me one day, lol.

DIY throw pillows for my futon

Guest post written by Mike Adams

I still kind of feel bad about owning a futon, but I'm in medical school right now so the money isn't exactly flowing and it probably won't be for a very long time. But just because I don't have a lot to work with in my apartment or money-wise doesn't mean that I don't give it a good try. I decided that it was time to try and dress up my futon.

I'm not anywhere close to being Martha Stewart, so I went online to try and find out some way that I could dress it up. When I was looking for stuff online I came across this site www.Wirelessinternet.net and after I read through it a little bit, I decided to sign up for the internet service through the site.

I figured out how to do some DIY throw pillows by buying some cheap pillow cases at the Dollar Store and then fill it up with cheap cotton stuffing. They don't look that great, but they look okay if you don't pay that close attention to them.
